Winifred’s stories are at once heartwarming and hilarious — inviting us to laugh, reflect, and reconnect with our own life journeys.
“Stand-up poetry! We laughed… we cried.”"
Up From Down Under is an intimate, one-woman storytelling experience that blends humor, memory, and a clear-eyed look at being human.
Drawing from stories of childhood in New Zealand, early adulthood, and finding one’s way, Winifred Morice speaks directly to the audience with warmth, honesty, and a sharp sense of humor.
"If this doesn't make you stand up and cheer, you probably don't have a pulse!"

This intimate performance will take place at the private home of the artist in North Ensenada.
