Our Bookmobile operates on a schedule to visit selected communities in Rosarito every two weeks. Our Program Coordinator and Bibliotecaria (librarian) are assisted by a committed group of volunteers, some Spanish-speaking, some English-speaking and some bilingual.

A NEW BOOKMOBILE IS IN THE WORKS!
The bus is here. Now the transformation begins.
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our friends and supporters, the vehicle that will become our next bookmobile has arrived in Rosarito.
Getting it across the border was a major milestone — but there's still work ahead. Our next step is transforming this bus into a welcoming mobile library ready to bring books and the joy of reading to children and families throughout our community.
Follow its transformation here. We'll share photos and updates as our new bookmobile takes shape.
September 2026 — Welcome to Rosarito!
The vehicle has successfully completed the importation process. Next up: planning and beginning the retrofit that will turn this bus into our new mobile library.
